Non funziona perchè hai linkato una pagina intera e non a una singola immagine.
Copia dove c'è scritto "Thumbnail for forums 1", in questo modo apparirà l'immagine piccola (che si ingrandisce cliccandoci sopra).
Se invece la vuoi mettere in grande direttamente, zoomma la foto su imageshack e copia quel link
